A 600 m² in-house laboratory pre-tests every new tool-out and every production batch before third-party certification — so failures surface in our lab, not in your recall report.

Hand samples in 10–15 days. Sample fees are credited back in full against your first production order.

Tooling & pre-production
Moulds cut in 25–35 days. You approve a golden sample and a pre-production run before we commit the line.

28 lines with IQC and IPQC checkpoints at every stage — daily photo and video reports straight to your inbox.

QC & shipping
Final AQL 2.5 inspection, full test reports, then FOB Ningbo or Shanghai — with consolidation for mixed-line containers.

FSC-certified wood
Beech, maple and rubberwood with full chain-of-custody documentation, kiln-dried on site to prevent cracking in dry climates.
Recycled PET plush
GRS-certified fibre fill and fabrics spun from post-consumer bottles — around 9 bottles per medium bear, traceable by lot number.
Water-based finishes
Paints, lacquers and printing inks are water-based and soy-based, batch-tested for heavy-metal migration in our own lab.
Plastic-free packaging
Kraft cartons, paper tape and moulded-pulp inserts as standard — retail-ready packaging that skips the blister entirely.
